Sounds a silly question, I know. I'm looking at a potential bug/issue and the feedback might help.
This thread also references this one - https://www.thewarpstorm.com/topic141.html

Do you browse using a phone or a computer?

When you log in do you click 'remember me'?

How long does it usually last before you have to log in again?

If you are a phone user does switching from WiFi to data affect anything?

If on an iPhone/iPad do you have the issue in the thread linked above?

Hey
I use android phone.
I don't click remember me so I find it'll keep me logged in around 15 minutes maybe if I'm not active on the site.
I do think if I switch from wifi to mobile data it does kick me out.
Bleugh Apple 🤣

You log in every time you visit? Mentalist! 😂
I'll have a play when I can be bothered (~14 hours of decorating and I'm shattered) and look into the standard cookie time for you - 15 minutes doesn't sound right for a non-'remember'ed login, should be about 6 hours.

The switch to data will generate a very different IP address, which would cause the session to fail and log you out. Not sure why I included that question tbh as it doesn't really make a difference.

Haha I do have the password saved so it only requires one click to get logged in. Otherwise I would totally agree 🤣

I haven't ever had to re-log since we went live in Oct19
My wifi/data is always changing.
You and I have the same phone IIRC @pawl

How very strange!
When I'm next on my laptop I need to figure out how to check the cookies, as I have to log in again every so often (not including ACP confirmation login) and I'm not sure why.

Do you have an old iPod or similar to check the issue linked above?
