So what is the consensus of if GW was to introduce the female Necron Dynasty? I would like to hear your arguments against it or for it.

Xun'bakyr Is the only named Female Necron in the Warhammer Lore

As in purely female? If they had a reasonable explanation for it then why not? Female Necrons are already a thing, popping up in various places, though concepts like gender are somewhat irrelevant to the Necrons after so many thousand years as mechanical beings.

Also your image didn't work - you need a full URL for it to display. =]

Full female, as in amazon civilization? Why not?

Or perhaps matriarchal, with only females in positions of power? Works fine. Also resonates a little with ancient Egyptian society's comparatively high status for women.

Go for it!
