The Warp Storm

@DW1986 convinced me to keep avoiding the daemon Prince and pick up my 2nd pbc since they are one of our best units

I had done the undercoat on this guy a while back but today I did masking fluid (cos I couldn't find my chipping fluid where the f is it..) but I'm actually pleased I went for the masking chipping technique this time. My airbrush midtone highlight and post shading.. Are a little extreme.. But I'm hoping once all the other details go in it'll look really good.. But I may look to do enamel through the airbrush to tone it down abit perhaps but I'm happy so far.



Colours so far.. Midtone was a mix between monument hobbies black brown and secret weapon weathered wood. Highlight was pure weathered wood. Post shade was gsw inktensity inks opulent black.

Started to plug on some of the Metallics and it's taking shape already.

My god forgot how much of a ache this tank is. Too much Metallics

Not even properly started on the silver
But once that's in it should progress pretty fast

Metallics were done.
Tentacles went fleshy to pink tips nice and phallic
Then tracks have been crusted in pigments and drybrushed silver after varnishing.
Then armour hit upside the head with a black and brown enamel wash



I'm super happy with the results so far.
