Well now, that's annoying! A cache clear should fix it though, I believe.
Are you on desktop or mobile? If desktop, try Ctrl F5. If mobile it depends on which browser you use but it's still easy enough.
(clearing the cache won't log you out or anything, it just makes the browser check it's using the latest files)

No worries. It's something that others already registered might have to do too, but for anyone that joins in future it's covered at registration, so no issues. =]
