Not sure what this could be... the pipes like that with holes and some boils... could be something death guard again....fingers crossed

It depends on what underneath I think.
If it's cabling then it could be Dark Mechanicum or maybe something Flayed One-related.
If it's organic it could be Tyranid, or perhaps Nurgle-d wings, or something otherwise daemonic. Or maybe something to do with Fabius Bile?
That's assuming 40k and not AoS, of course.

Haha yeah it's quite ambiguous... But certainly matches the cables on my bloat drone.

Definite similarities, yeah. Aside a Daemon Prince (if they're wings they look too small) what else would it be?
